Our refund policy does not apply to any additional items or services; this includes but is not limited to Domain Name Services, Website Services, IP Addresses, SSL Certificates and any other additional services.

No refunds are available after the initial 45 day period. Any request for cancellation must be received via email to our Accounts Department or via regular mail. You will then receive a confirmation upon the cancellation of your account.

Accounts cancelled/terminated by Swish Connect for violating our Terms of Service do not qualify for our 45 day money back guarantee.

Please allow up to 14 working days for refunds to take place. Refunds will be provided by cheque or direct bank transfer.
